Dear Members,

As the old year goes out and the new year comes in, so goes ye old newsletter editor. These last 2 years have gone mighty fast and I have certainly enjoyed puting together a little of “this & that” each month. I know you will certainly enjoy Chuck Arella being your new editor. Good luck Chuck!

Needless to say to those of you who attended the show how great it was, but for those of you who missed it, you shouldn't have. Over 550 birds were shown and the responses for food and help were beyond expectation. Thanks to all of you who participated in any way and thanks to the many out-of-town people who showed, brought food and helped too.

Dues are now payable ($4.00 for single membership, $6.00 for man & wife). '74 canary bands have arrived and after paying your dues, they will be available at 5¢ each. Please call Leonard Quieto ahead and order your bands so they can be brought to the meeting.

Come to the meeting, air your likes and dislikes about the show and meet the new officers who will be taking over at this meeting.

Pot-luck as usual, A-H bring a salad; I-P, hot dish; Q-Z, bring a dessert. Don't forget something for the raffle table!
