Someone with experience and a broad knowledge of many kinds of music is needed to run this section. As I, Alphus, have neither the experience nor the knowledge. Here I will outline the guidelines for those interested in applying. Applicants must send an e-mail to me at the address tknetace@saipan.com. All these rules will apply to all the applicants. Please read the entire document so that you will not miss anything.

Guidelines for the E-mail:

1. Please give your net name, your real name (optional), your age (optional), your gender, your ICQ number, (if you have one), your interests, your ideas of how the content of the page should be, and MOST IMPORTANTLY the extent of your music experience, knowledge, talents, picks, etc.

2. You must give us a preview of your design of the music section pages; you may even add content pages in addition to the main page.

3. Your page design must comply with all the conditions described in the Conditions for page section.

Conditions for Page:

1. No profane, explicit, or offensive language allowed in the pages.

2. No content containing pornography allowed.

3. No explicitly religiously offensive content allowed.

4. You must put a link on the page to the main page.

5. Remember that your section is in the subfolder called music and that any link in HTML to the main page must start with "./".

6. You must have the following HTML code at the bottom of the page (or the main page if you use frames):

Conditions for Ownership:

1. You must send us the files you want to upload via e-mail or ICQ.

2. Due to security reasons, you may not have the password to upload to the web page. However, if you live in Saipan of the Northern Marianas Islands, the password may be given to you. If you prove to be trustworthy, you may gain the password.

3. You are not to modify any of the pages outside of this section without permission.

4. No one else but you are responsible for any content you place in the section.

Privileges of Ownership:

1. You are allowed to modify this section as much as you want and in anyway you wish and are allowed to create as many pages as you want as long as you keep your space from consuming too much disk space.

2. No one else may modify or edit your page without your consent.

3. You are allowed to have your own guestbook, polls, counters, and other similar features.

4. You may use any topic for your page as long as it is music-related.

5. You may join other sections of the page if you are interested; of course, you must consult the owner or co-owner before you attempt to join other sections.

Rules of Selection:

1. Only the first five applicants will be reviewed and rated.

2. If all of the first five applicants are found incompliant, incompetent, or incapable of running this section, the next five will be reviewed and rated; if these five are rejected, the next five will be reviewed, and so on until an owner is found.

3. If an applicant is found to be compliant, competent, and capable, he or she will be notified by e-mail of their selection.

4. Should an applicant refuse the position, the next best applicant will be notified by e-mail of their selection.
