This is the second printing of R&D! For those unfamiliar with this term, it means Research and Development. These are fundamental precepts of the society! While the Tech Bench Elmers have been in existence since February 1992, we have previously conducted all of our activities and coordination primarily over the radio. We publish this newsletter annually, and it will be available by the following means.
