DEATH....gosh! Just typin' the word made me shiver......the thought of it made me wanna cry.......and scared....and....the thought of .all the things that will happen to you when you're dead made me even moooreeee crazier than ever....but death....is a must. You know that and I know that, my cat knows that....everybody knows that. We just dont know when..........

The death-agony is the state which immediately precedes death , and in which life and death are considered as struggling with each other. This state differs according to cause producing it. Sometimes it is a complete exhaustion; sometimes a violent struggle, and very irregular activity, which at last, after a short pause ,terminates in death.

" Shortly before Neill died in 1973, Holt returned to Summerhill. The two men talked of growing old. Neill confided, " I have no fear. DEATH is " -- he gestured --"like blowing out a candle. But there's just one thing ." He leaned close to Holt and said, "I can't stand not knowing how it's going to turn out."
