1. an IBM or IBM Compatible (Packard Bell, Hewlet Packard, ect.)
2. a Wave (.wav) File player.
3. an unzipping program (WinZip, ect...)

If you have all 3 of these then you are free to download! These sounds should not distributed on your web page or used for comercial use! If you do not have step no. 3 (un unzipping program), then E-Mail me with your computer type and version of Windows you have (Windows95, Windows 3.1, Windows 3.11) and I will gladly get you set up with an unzipping program!
