I LOVE Baseball!! I've been a NY Mets fan since 1968 (Yes, I admit it!) and my favorite player of all time is Tom Seaver .

"I love this game!" too: Basketball!! ( Michael Jordan is my favorite "good boy" and Dennis Rodman is my favorite "bad boy".)

1996 NBA CHAMPIONS - YAY!!

AND...At long last: THE ABL (The American Basketball League) is here!
What is it? WOMEN'S PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL - That's what! YES!!!
The team that will be playing in my neck of the woods is The San Jose Lasers! They have an excellent "techie" logo with a laser shooting through a basketball with a PCB (printed circuit board) in the backround! VERY SILICON VALLEY! VERY COOL!! CHECK IT!!!

I also like Football S.F. 49ers are #1! and Hockey especially The San Jose Sharks! (LOOK OUT! - they've been known to CHOMP!)!

Aikido (Sat 8:00 - 11:00 am)
*According to my Aikido instructor, Sensei Sue Ann McKean, Aikido is not classified as a sport since there is no competition involved - it is "an art" and/or "a martial art" - but for my purposes, I have included it on my sports page (no disrespect for The Art of Aikido intended).

Body Building (TTH 5:20 - 7:00 am)

Swimming (MWF 5:00 - 6:30 am)

Make sure you drink lots of Gatorade whenever you workout because "Life is a sport - drink it up!"
