MUMPS of Georgia (http://www.mindspring.com/~mga/) May '97 meeting synopsis.
The meeting was held at the VA center in Decatur.

It was discussed to hold another year end dinner meeting for June. The proposed location was The Blue Moon Cafe, the same location we had the dinner at last year.
The general guidelines for the dinner meeting are that MGA pays up to $10 per member for food and beverages. Alcohol is not covered by MGA.
Nominations were for the new Board of Directors for the 1997-1998 business year. Nominees were:
Chair: Greg Kreis, Larry Okeson
Vice Chair: Joan Weil
Secretary: Larry Okeson, Greg Kreis
Treasurer: Mike Disney
Member at Large (2 needed): Bob Powers, Ed McIntosh
If you'd like to suggest other nominees for the 1997-1998 year, please let them know by email at mga@mindspring.com.
Voting will take place at the dinner meeting in June. Please be there. If you haven't paid your membership dues for '96-'97, you can still pay them at the June meeting (which will give you a $10 meal). Proration may apply to dues and meal.
MGA general meetings are open to the public, who are invited so come on by and visit!
