CHECK-IN : After 4:00pm; CHECK-OUT : 10:00a.m. Late check-out must be pre-arranged. Late check-out fees may apply.

Fully Equipped: Linens and towels are supplied. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishware, crockery, coffee maker and appliances.

Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Deposit Policy: 1 night deposit is due at time of booking. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival in Winter, 30 days prior to arrival in summer. (Holiday Season Balance due October 15).

Taxes: Rentals are subject to 10% Room Tax and 7% GST. Non-Residents of Canada may be eligible for a full 7% GST refund.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival (30 days in summer) will forfeit the first night deposit. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival (30 days in Summer) are subject to minimum 1 night penalty and maximum full forfeiture.

Security Deposit: A signed, valid credit card voucher will be required at registration (or $500 cash). Personal cheques are not accepted. The credit card voucher will be marked "void" on departure (or the cash refunded 4 - 6 weeks after departure), provided there is no damage, missing inventory, or telephone charges.
