My name is Lyndon Russell Watkins and I live in a town called Barry, South Wales (UK). My Date of Birth is 24th December 1975 and I have a full driving license.

I am educated to BTEC National Diploma Standard in Computer Studies at which level I obtained a Merit! I also have 6 GCSE passes (A-D).

At the moment I work for British Telecom Plc as a Customer Service Advisor. Generally my job involves getting shouted at a fair bit!! The pay is quite good and the people are exellent. Working for BT is certainly and experience and helps me develop Customer Focus, an excellent skill if ever there was one!

Before joining BT I worked as a Sales Advisor for P.C. World in Cardiff. The pay was not that good and if you follow the link you will see that their web site isn't much cop either for the U.K.'s leading retail P.C. supplier! But saying that all of the people who work there are really good people and the majority of them know their stuff...

I have experience in many things from P.C. servicing/repair to network installations to programming in many different languages including COBOL, Visual Basic, Pascal a tad of C++ and ASM, and I attempt to write a bit of HTML as well... (No comments please!)
