This section is a general
resource area that delves into the mysterious world known as The Clans.
To begin, we start off with three introductions into the Battletech Universe,
which is the base of the Mechwarrior 2 Universe as well. Chapter
1 will deal with Terra, the rise of The Star League, and the formation
of the Successor States. Chapter 2 describes the golden age of The Star League and the beginning of an internal crisis. Chapter
3, in turn, will focus on the fall of The Star League, the chaotic
aftermath, and the return of the great Kerensky. To supplement this,
there is The
Battletech/Mechwarrior 2 Timeline, a short list of events and their
years of occurance. Apart from this, we have Clan
Honor, a short history of Kerenky's ideal on honorable mechfighting
as well as its uses today. We also have posted the Clan
Glossary, for all you Inner Sphere freebirths that wish to know Clan
terminology and what we Clansmen speak of before we blow you to pieces.
