Rather than featuring a particular band, or even genre, this time, I've decided to post memorable songs. Actually, you might more correctly call these "Songs that get stuck in your head," but that was too long of a title. :-)
Most of the below songs are good...the kind you want to get in your head. A few of them...well...they aren't so good...but the collection wouldn't be complete without them!
Also, you might notice that the below list is conspicuously short of the Beatle's, television or movie theme songs and any classical music whatsoever. Never fear, the first was already featured (check the archives), and the other two will both be future features!
There are two ways to "grab" songs that you enjoy from my page. If you wish to hear the song first, simply click on the graphic displayed. Your browser will then load the song. This may take a minute or two, and your browser will probably "ask permission" to launch an application, such as "mplayer" in order to listen to the song. You must okay this operation in order to continue. If you like what you hear, right click on the image, choose "Save this Embed as...," name the files, and you've got it.
If you know that you like the song, or you'd rather not wait for it to load so that you can listen to it, click on the "EZ Download" link. From here, all you need to do is name the file. You may then listen to it with software on your computer.
On some systems, you'll need to follow a slightly different procedure to download a song quickly. Rather than left-clicking on "EZ Download", you will have to right-click it and choose "Save this link as...".
If, by chance, you've followed all the instructions and you're still having problems, I can be contacted here. Just describe the problem you're having, and I'll send you a prompt letter detailing why I never make mistakes, and how it was probably your fault!
