If you have a Notebook model, use the "Notebook" Control Panel to find the following information: Which Outbound MODEL do you have? How much System RAM does your Outbound have? What size HARD DRIVE does your Outbound have? What is your Outbound's SERIAL NUMBER? (Look near ports in back, where you would plug in your printer) Where did you hear about the Outbound site? (Examples: Yahoo Search Engine - Newsgroups - etc.)
All items are shipped UPS GroundTrac unless you request otherwise.
