Here are a just a few of the neat things I have made for TI graphing
calculators.
Key Remapper
This key remapper is a very neat little program that remaps all of the
letter keys on the TI-92's keyboard and puts them in alphabetical order. This
in conjunction with physically rearranging the keys makes the TI-92 no longer have
a QWERTY keyboard, which makes it legal on most standardized tests. I get to
find out tomorrow if I can use it on the ACT.
Dungeon 3D v0.5a
Dungeon 3D is a Wolfenstein-type game I am writing for Fargo v0.2.6.
So far progress has been coming along quite well and I have gotten a lot
done with the game. It is currently about 12K, but way over half
is from the trigonometric function that I have written which have lookup
tables that I really need to reduce in size. Here's a list of features:
-
32 x 32 map
-
A variety of wall textures
-
Animated wall textures that looks very cool
-
Three different levels of interpolation for preference of speed or accuracy
-
Doors that can be opened and they close after a preset time
-
In this version, no special libraries are required, except those included
with Fargo.
Sine Wave Demo
This is a graphics demo written for Fargo 2.6 on the TI-92. It
is a 3D animated sine wave. Just try it and see!
Temperature Sensor
These are the plans that allow you to build a temperature probe and
connect it to the TI-85 calculator. The program, plans, and software
are all included.
TI Light-Up Link
A while ago, there was a thread on a few of the TI calculator mailing
lists about people who wanted to add LEDs to thier calculator links.
I was building a parallel link for my computer one night and I decided
to give it a try, so here are the plans so you can do it.
