Skin Care

> I wash my skin twice a day, with CLINQUE 3 step skin care for men with ani-acne facial soap.
>  Occasionally i will use a facial scrub, i woulodn't use this if your skin is serve, as it can't irritate it, not help it. As i found out to my disadvantage:(
>  Although it may be expensive, its the best i have come across, they have a section of strengths, and cleansing plans for your needs (gosh i sound like a salesman) !

Supplements

I take my maxamin dosage of vitamin E, and C, as this helps with healing, and blood circulation. I find espically taking Vitamin E a great help, noticable almost over nite.

Tesco's surply a anti acne, good complextion supplement, that i find works well in keeping the skin greese free, and in good shape, really just the icing on the cake. :)
Alternative Medicines

Accupunture
I have had accupunture, for my skin, overal i found it worked for my mind and body, but the results for my skin were slow, and hardly noticeable. How ever if you need a mental lift from the stress, and trouble of acne, its great, and well worth it.

Chinese Herbalist
I have been to a chinese medicine herbalist .. and here i foudn the GREATEST improvment in my skin, i learnt alot about myself. Everyone is a different case, and they treat the body as a whole. You have to drink this horride brown tea you cook up, its disgusting, but does you the wonders, and well worth it. I learnt that i had spent soooo long stressed out with acne, and didn't know any different, and i found out how to be at peace with myself, and relaxed -  believe me it helps sooo much .. classical example; exam time !
Water
> Now, no one has said that water is bad for you, and everyone agrees that it helps clear the body free of toxins, and free radicals what ever they are !

>  Drink lots of water, in small sips throughout the day, to keep your body hydrated. I found that water did only help my skin alot, creating blackheads, instead of whiteheads, blackheads i didn't mind, being easy to extract, and without any mess, or red mark :)

>  I have heard that drinking a cup of boiled water in the evenings before bed, helps.
