| You are going to suffer from dry lips from hell, dry skin and dry hair, but this tells you that the drugs is working, so thats good at least ! and you can do alot of moistrizing to keep your self from drying out, so lots of greesing yourself up like greek waiter will be the tall order of the day while on the drug. > Vaseline on the lips, and keep some with you too, for just incase. > Vaseline intesive care on the face (blue label one) the only prob is your going to look a tad shinney, a small price to pay i say. > Don't wash you face soooo much, as this will make your skin sting like a bastard on fire, let me tell you ! twice a day is more than enough ! I used Clingue 3 step plan, its good, although a tad on the pricer side :( .. good things cost money unforunatly. |
| Depression. I sufferred from real bad despressed on the earily stage when my skin was in the "gets worse before it gets better stage" and the one thing i foudn helped a great deal was St.Johns Wort, its a homopathic drug, from health food shops, and works wonders for lifting your spirits higher :) |
| Sand, Sea SUN > Stay way out of the sun ! .. or it will hurt soo much more thang getting burnt as i found out :( i turned a werid lobster colour, redder than normal, for a couple of days, and had people asking me what was the matter .. not the best thing in the world ! SEA > Sea i found to be no worries :) .. just make sure that when you get up on land and dried off that you ahve some of that vaseline intesive care (blue label), handly to slap it all over, so your skin don't crumble into a dry dust ! |
