Steps By Steps
1. Customer
to check their
KWSP Account 2 Balance at POS
Office / KWSP Branches. These can be done by filling up a simple enquiry
form at any POS OFFICE. POS OFFICE shall inform them their balance in account
2 in 1 - 2 days. They can also check the balance Online in all KWSP Branches.
Account 2 must not less than computer package's Price they choose. (RM3500.00).
They can top up account 2 balance at POS OFFICE if needed.
2. Customer
to choose one of the 2 Computer package offered (Please refer to table
below). No Changes can be made to the specification in the package.
3. We will
help you to fill up the document needed if needed:
a) Borang Pesanan Melalui Katalog Odasaja
(Product code must be correct)
-Fill in 4 Copies
, with Original AAC chop.
-Photocopy 1 copy
of this Borang for our reference.
b) Borang KWSP 9K (Borang Pemberitahuan Pengeluaran
Pembelian
Komputer)
-We may help you
to fill it, but customer have to do tumbling in front of POS Officer
when they summit this document together with Borang Pesanan.
c) Photocopy of NRIC ( Kad Polis / Tentera
etc.)
4. Customer
will need go to POS Office with the filled up BORANG PESANAN and
summit all the document. They also must do tumbling then.
Customer must remember
to bring these document :
a)
Borang Pesanan ( 4 copies-Original sign and chop )
b)
Borang KWSP 9K (1 copy- Original)
c)
Kad Penggenalan (Original dan fotocopy)
Note
: Customer have to go to Pos Office Personally.
Now ALL KWSP Member can enter this scheme
as long as they have
enough money in KWSP Account 2, they do not need
to have a child )
5. After
that, customer have to wait for 2 - 4 weeks for the KWSP approval.
6. Upon
Receiving KWSP Approval, AAC Shall Prepare the PC according to the order.
7. The PC
will send to nearest POS OFFICE pick by customer.
