This page outlines what you can do to make your internet browser Chinese-enabled
if you are using English versions of Win95, Win98, or WinNT
Step 1: Download the Microsoft Traditional Chinese Language
Pack from one of the following links

Step 2: Install the language pack
Locate the file you downloaded in Explorer. Double-click the file to initial
installation. The installation should be simple and automatic.
Step 3: Reboot your system
When installation is done, you will be asked to reboot the system so the
installation will take effect. If you are using Internet Explorer,
this is the last step to make your browser Chinese-enabled. When
you visit eBible website, the pages will be displayed in Chinese.
Step 4: (Relevant only to users of Netscape browsers)
Change the Font setting
For Netscape users, there is one more step to making your browser Chinese-enabled.
After the reboot, bring up the Netscape browser. Goto Edit menu,
select Preferences | Fonts. Change to the following settings:
Encoding: Chinese Traditional
Variable-width Font: MingLiu
Fixed-width Font: MingLiu
Click Apply button to make the setting effective, and you are all set.
