Job Application Management System 1.0 Beta

This Relational Database Management System is designed by me(Patrick Lam) in January 1999 using Visual Basic for Applications (Microsoft Access 97). I made this system to manage my summer job application this year. I would like to share this system with whoever wishes to use it at no costs.

System Requirements

Windows 95/98/NT 4.0
Microsoft Access 97
Application is compiled into a MDE file (for details, please refer to Microsoft's Help File or its website.

What does it do?

Supports unlimited entries of company details (e.g. name, contact person & title, address, phone, means of application, remarks, business areas) and details of any correspondence (UP TO 11).
Reporting facilities on- companies applied to, companies not applied to, company with no reply, company profile.

To do list:

Company name Lookup features using a drop-down list for companies entry is created already.
Support for unlimited number of correspondence details to be stored.
Plot the Code into the 'real' Visual Basic or even Java, for better and easier distribution.
Storing of information like "Job Interview Review"
