Initially I created this page just for the sake of creating one, and that's the way it stayed, there is no real deeper thought behind it. 

Originally I made a CD using html and jam packed it full of pictures of
earth taken from space, the hubble space telescope, the space station, shuttlemissions, some airplanes, the sun and a few nice pieces of art. Also some music, cartoons, shareware programs and whatever else I could think of putting on it.

All this does of course not fit on this server, so here I concentrate on pictures of places I've visited like my scuba diving holidays in Egypt Jan'2000 or where I've worked, like Sweden and Texas where I worked at nuclear power plants for some time.

Still to come are pictures of 3 visits to Brazil in 2001/2002 and Argentina this December, but time being the critical factor, this may take some time because I don't seem to have any to spare any more ...

Funny how time flies, now there'd be one more visit to Brazil in 2003, and 9 months of Lianyungang/China in 2003-2004 to cover. But maybe I'll wait until after my wedding next friday until I update ... not that I've time to spare ...
