Me on the grass at camp
I'd just put a new film in my camera. In order to make sure it had loaded correctly, I decided to take a photo to see if it would wind on). I thought I might as well make use of the timer (which I rarely do) and take a picture of myself.
Moroccan Room
This is a picture of me in my room in Morocco. Until I was 14, this had always been my room. It was kind of weird to leave it behind.
Sleeping Amber
We had Amber for as long as I can remember before we left Morocco. When we left, we left her in the capable hands of a cat-loving friend.
Amber being soppy
She looks soppy, she sounds soppy, she acts soppy, but don't let that fool you - she really is soppy.
New Farm Court
This is what our court looks like most of the time. It's a nice place.
New Farm Court under snow
This is what our court looks like in winter (when we're lucky)!
Room
This is my room in Chester.
At school
From left to right (I use noses as reference points):
Joe, Laura, Chris (behind Laura), Karen, Aaron, Andy (aka Appy) and Sam
On arriving at Christleton High School in Y10, Aaron was the first I got to know. I got to know Joe, Chris, Sam, Appy, Danny (who is not on this photograph) and Martin (who is also not shown) a little later. I can't remember exactly when we incorperated Laura into our little collective. I think it was at the beginning of lower sixth. Karen came to our school at the beginning of the Lower Sixth year from a Welsh school.
Outside the Sports Hall
Same lot again minus Karen (taking photo) and plus me!
Believe it or not, Aaron absolutely refused to have his picture taken at first, until Chris coerced him. We still don't know how he convinced him!
We are stood outside the sports hall where I used to be on duty every Monday break. As a Lower-Sixth former, it was my sad role to throw out any members of the lower school who attempted to enter without authorisation (mainly because of the popular chocolate machine that they were not allowed to use). We, of course, as privileged members of the Sixth Form, were allowed to enter (and buy chocolate) whenever we felt like it (evil laugh).
In the Library
This picture was taken by Jonty in the library on his tiny little pocket digital camera. I think the picture says more about Karen than could have been expressed in writing!
