Below is the form for submitting your website to this webring. You will be asked to fill in the following fields:

• Title:
  This is the name of your site as it appears in the head of your page (or should be). On some pages, this may vary.
• URL:
  The URL (website address) of your website which begins http://. If you are using a subpage of a personal website or a site belonging to someone else, remember to enter the exact URL for the club site inclusive of page name.html (or htm).
• Name:
  The name of the person submitting the website. I will require this information initially to contact you should there be some difficulty with your submission or with the webring. This name will appear in the ring fragment sent you as: "This site owned by: name." Once you have been accepted, you may change this to the name of the club you represent if you choose.
• E-Mail:
  The E-Mail address of the person submitting the site (not necessarily the address you will use for contact from the ring fragment). Again, this information is used solely to contact you should there be some diffulty with your submission or with the webring. Once you have been accepted, you may change this to an address you would wish used for public contact.
• Password:
  This is a word you create in order to safeguard your entry on the webring. It will allow you access to statistics on hits generated by the webring to your website, the edit function to change information about your website, and other features.
• Keywords:
  This field is used to generate a kind of metatag for your site so that others searching the Internet will find you more easily. You are permitted up to twenty (20).
• Description:
  This field is printed on our List of WebRing Sites to let them know what your site is about. Please do not use all caps and try to keep your description brief and to the point. An overabundance of superlatives does not actually tell viewers what they will find on your website. (The restriction is 500 words and they fill fast.)
