product name, internet domain name or the brand of your company's

Internet domain name violates our guidelines.

Finally, we would like to remind you of two other trademark points.
First, be careful not to copy the trade dress of other companies. (...)
Second, avoid using trademarked words in both a trademark sense and
plain-English sense. Such descriptive use weakens the subconscious link
in consumers' minds between the trademarks and their branding message.
For example, do not say "XYZ games for the Palm Computing(R) platform:
Put some fun in your palm!" Instead, say "XYZ games for the Palm
Computing(R) platform: Put some fun in your pocket!"
