Many thanks for a very nice WEB page, it brings back many many nice memories of Turkey. While a student at Robert College 1960=1962 (our family lived in near-by Emirgan), I used the callsign TA2CA. Of course amateur radio was not permitted in those years but it was difficult to keep a 15 year old new ham off the air! I used low power, about 3 watts, on 40 and 20 meters CW only. I spent 2 weeks in Antalya two weeks ago, and I found the people to be the warmest, friendliest, most helpful people I've ever met. I cannot even express my sadness at this horrible event.
