rented Trans (no, not about transsexuals). i didn't really care for it. for some reason i'll never grasp, it won some awards at the Sundance awards.
anyway, the story is about some 16 year-old punk who breaks out of a hilariously ineptly guarded juvenile detention center and is on the run. for some reason a month before he is to be set free - stupidity of youth i guess. no one bothers to say.
this was an "independent film" in that there was no script, acting, production, or sets to amount to anything. it was like Blair Witch without the stupid, ridiculous rip-off ending.
this is a must skip on the video rack.
