Geodesic Domes were invented by R. Buckmeister Fuller back in the late 40's and patented in 1951.
The Domes in this Program are based on the Icosahedron, the
largest regular polyhedron, consisting of 20 equilateral
triangles to form a sphere.
Each main triangle is then further sub-divided into triangles.
The number of divisions made in each icosa face is referred
to as its Frequency.
