RYAN'S PAGE
Here is the oldest of my children, Ryan. Of course, Ryan isn't a child anymore, he's 28 years old. Ryan graduated in December 1999 from Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Police Administration. I always knew what Ryan would be when he grew up because even when he was very young, he said he wanted to be a policeman. I knew that many little boys say they want to be policemen when they grow up, so I always thought he would grow out of it. Obviously, he never did. Ryan joined the Air Force after graduation from Eastern and is now stationed in Fort Meade, Maryland, working as a Russian linguist. After the Air Force, he would like to work in federal law enforcement. I sure do miss him since he joined the Air Force and had to move so far away. :-( Alot has changed for Ryan since he joined the Air Force. He is now a father and a husband! He and his wife Amy have two beautiful baby boys named Derek and Vince. Derek was born in October 2003 and Vince came along in December 2004. Oh boy, I'm too young to be a grandma!

Ryan's greatest interest is sports, sports, and more sports -- and Chicago sports at that!

Some of Ryan's Favorite Things:

Music:
I have no idea. I keep meaning to ask him, but I keep forgetting so if you see him before I do, ask him for me, would ya!

Sports Teams:
Fighting Illini, Chicago Bulls, St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago Bears (Ryan loves Chicago!)
By this time, Ryan had learned how to hold the bat at the right end. However, I'm not sure it improved his game!
Even at a very young age, Ryan was a sports fanatic. However, he hadn't quite got the hang of how to hold a bat.
Ryan thinks he's apprehending his first criminal. Of course, we had to tell him it was only his brother!
Ryan and his new baby sister, Alex.
