Depending on the size of the video I will offer streaming off to view what I have. Also if the source video was shot in avi I will use the xvid coec to compress the size without really losing the quality. If you want to download an xvid video you will need the codec on your computer (always useful and small in size) which can be found here. At times I also use .mov as how my primary movie camera shoots in .mov so to play that you will need quicktime, which can be had here.
