OBJECTIVES
Provide effective skilled based training and exposure to staff to build the competence to become Professional Development Bankers.
Exploit training and other expertise through consultancy and training services to external institutions on commercial terms.
Carry out studies on areas related to the NABARD's functions for enhancing understanding and preparation of raining material.
Proactive role in contributing to policy formation process in NABARD.
