this has been the most successful and rewarding part of my career. The project team was quite small, which afforded me the opportunity to learn all aspects of the PeopleSoft HRMS system. The executive sponsors on the project were particularily impressed with my straight forward business approach, that allowed the completion of the project on time an on budget.
