Above: The Dhow monument in the Diplomat area. At the far edge of the land is the Bahrain National Museum. The piece of land in the center left is the island of Muharraq where the airport is located.

Above Left: The Pearl Monument representing the 6 countries that make up the Gulf Co-operation Council. Its on a roundabout on the King Faisal Highway leading to Budaiya.

Above Right: A view of the King Faisal Highway from a pedestrian bridge. In the centre of the snap is the tallest building in Bahrain, the National Bank of Bahrain building, which is still unfinished when this snap was taken.

Above: The Arad Fort. Supposed to be a fort controlled by the Portuguese, Turkish and Arab forces over the eons and is located near the island of Muharraq.
