EXPERIENCE:

2003: (1) Computer support and services for Bob Ledden Ministries, Inc. (non-profit Guatemalan mission organization). (2) Computer support and services for Encourager Ministries (Indigenous-run mission organization in India). (3) Charitable computer services to needy individuals and families. (4) On-going computer support and services to Redmaple Communication Services, Inc.

2002: (1) Technical support for non-profit AD Players Theatre company in Houston, TX, including repair, reconfiguration and upgrade of entire network covering five locations. Reconditioned, repaired, reconfigured and/or replaced all computer and computer-related equipment on company-wide basis. (2) On-call consultant for Houston-area Private Investigator (Kay Sanders, PI). (3) Technical support for APS, Inc. of Houston. (4) Other computer-related consulting for companies and private citizens in Houston area. (5) Spent two weeks in Korea studying the language, culture, customs, history and geography.

2001: (1) Successfully installed computer lab in Milot, Haiti and trained indigenous Haitian population on wordprocessing, accounting/spreadsheet and computer maintenance. Purchased, configured, organized and shipped 18 computers, 8 printers and peripheral equipment to the country. Traveled to Milot, Haiti and installed equipment, set up network, and trained local educational administrators and teachers on use of equipment and software. (2) Successfully transported and installed computer system for small clinic in Mexican interior. Trained local personnel on use of equipment. (3) Consulted with nationally recognized Laser dentist (Dr. David Winn) in Colorado Springs, CO on his office computer system. Provided several cost-saving recommendations and successfully made adjustments, upgrades and repairs to various components. Also assisted several of his employees with their personal computer needs.

Present: Part-time employment supporting and maintaining all types of software and hardware systems for Houston-area clients of Redmaple Communications Services, Inc.

Successfully completed MCSE training program at SMU School of Engineering and Applied Sciences in March of 2001. A+ certified.

Sept., 1999 - June, 2000: Hosted computer-oriented talk show on KANM, a campus radio station at Texas A&M University

Summer of 1998: Full-time, summer employee forNieto Computer Services, Inc. with responsibilities that included:

- servicing all types of client hardware and software needs

- "trouble-shooting" computer software and hardware problems

- building and installing computer hardware and hardware systems

Summer 1995: Short-term, summer employee teaching computer science courses to summer school students at River Oaks Baptist School. Also was employed by Manzanita Alliances, Inc. creating data spreadsheet and performing administrative and clerical duties.

EDUCATION:

Successfully completed four years of college with emphasis on computer science-related and mathematics courses. Expect to graduate in May, 2004.

Successfully completed MCSE training program at SMU School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. A+ certified.

1999 graduate of St. Thomas High School (Houston Prep School) with academic diploma and

honors that included:
