I made These images for a magazine while working on MOHA:Airborne.
Models and textures were created by different artists. I set up the camera helped with the lighting and set up the layout of the camera, with the art direction of James Dargie.
This image,( b/w) is an exercice I did to train my lighting skills, I painted all the texture and it's all render in wih MAYA software, no GI.
I took the freedom to use as reference a photography from my step DAD, Philippe de Gobert, he always strongly influenced me in my own work.
Google him it's worthy! I hope I'll be able to show my DAD 's work too! But I think he doesn't feel ready to show what he does. I think he should! But it doesn't matter ... I love them both anyway.^_^
I made the three images on the left when I was at Gnomon3d in hollywood. the other images were made during my time at Zippity.com in texas.
