As you pass through the high archway and wrought iron gate you enter a quaint private courtyard perfect for barbeques and lounging. |

 Upon entering the main house, you will be drawn toward the sun laced upper level through the open foyer and split staircase.
To the left is the formal living room and dining room. The living area provides a semi private space for conversation or relaxation and opens into the dining room. |
 To the right is the lower level bath, garage entrance and the almost hidden and tucked away study. |

Moving toward the back of the lower level, you enter a spacious living area and large
