1. Gameheads Games Exchange is currently only open to residents of The United Kingdom and The Republic of Ireland.
2. All games you wish to swap must be in good condition, boxed, with instructions and any other accessories. By registering with us you are impliciting agreeing that your game is as such. If your game isn't we consider this false representation and an attempt to cheat our honest clients. If a swap falls through because of this you will lose your fee and be liable to banned from the Gameheads Games Exchange.
3. After registering, we will keep your details for 2 calendar months. After this you will need to re-apply. This stops our database from becoming outdated which will prevent our time and yours from being wasted. Unfortunately we cannot notify you when it's time to re-apply so it's recommended that you resubmit your requests every 2 months.
4. When this form is filled in and submitted to Gameheads, your details will be kept on our database and we will try to match you to someone in your specified area.
5. After we have found a match we will notify you by post. When contacted with a possible swap, you have 7 days to send a cheque or Postal Order for £5 made out to "Mr R Mellor". Do not send cash through the post. Only when we receive cheques from both parties will they be cashed. As soon as both cheques clear we will send to both parties each other's contact details. From here on in it's up to you! (But check out the hints in our "Do's and Don'ts" page).
6. If we contact you with a swap but the other party do not reply within 7 days we will return your cheque.
7. Once we've sent you the other parties' details, we can't be responsible for arranging or helping you to contact each other. However if you have any problems with the swap which does happen occasionally, let us know. This could be the game not working, or not being in good condition or the other party just deciding not to swap after all. We will do our best to sort out any confusion. If this isn't possible we will give the injured party a credit for a later swap and the defaulting party will forfeit their fee.
