This is not a joke or a hoax. United States Patent #3,951,134, a 24-year-old patent, describes a machine that, by using electromagnetic signals to alter brain waves, can READ a person's thoughts and give thoughts to the targeted person from a position remote to the target. In other words, this machine can read/give thoughts to its targeted person without being next to this person. You can read about this patent here (skip down to the parts SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION and OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION to avoid most of the jargon). There are two reasons I am writing about this:
It was a Thursday night and I did 40 push-ups and then stopped, noticing how much weaker I had become. I used to do 50 push-ups without any problems, but this time I had trouble getting to 40. The next day during my English class, I paid attention and answered some questions, so my English teacher would have had no reason to give me any trouble, but he did.
He was giving us strict grammar tests at the time and near the end of class, he gave us the last five minutes to use as we see fit. He said to the class "You can go over the comma rules, do some push-ups," and then he looked at me with a smile and said "I know Jason has to catch up on his," obviously referring to the push-ups and not the comma rules. I couldn't believe it, I never gave him any trouble or dis-respected him, and he insults me in front of the whole class. Then I thought about struggling to do push-ups the night before, and I was even more shocked: nobody could have known about that, because I didn't tell anyone (who would?). Could it have been an incredible coincidence that the first time I did push-ups in almost a year and had trouble with it, this English teacher would say that I needed to do more push-ups the VERY NEXT DAY? This English teacher is not the type of person who would insult a student in class for no reason, and he never insulted me before or after this incident. A coincidence like this is simply not possible.
Last summer (1999), I was wandering around on the net, and I came across this book (whose title I forgot) that said there are dangerous mind altering and hi-tech weapons that are capable of killing people. The author wrote that he came across these things while looking through the United States Patent and Trademark Office website, and that anyone can see these things by digging around that website. I remembered hearing about mind control devices, so I went and looked up "brain waves" on the US Patent office site. After some searching, I came across the patent that I am now writing about. After I read it, I flashed back to that English teacher, and I realized that he must have had ties to mind reading/control devices.
This patent was granted on April 20, 1976, so it is now over 24 years old. I think it is safe to assume that this type of technology has made progress during all this time, and is far more advanced than this 24 year old patent. Once again, you can see this patent here or if the site is down, you can see it here .
The other patent that I mentioned, the perceived sound device (US Patent 4,877,027), can be found here and here . I strongly suspect that the abuse of this patent may be the cause for some people who "hear voices" in their heads, who are always labeled "mentally ill" in the US. This patent was granted on October 31, 1989, so it is nearly 11 years old, so I wouldn't be surprised if this technology has also made significant progress.
I hope that you, the reader, would help get this information out, because people around the world need to know about this type of technology and the danger that it poses when abused (and technology is almost always abused). Put these links up on your website, or if you write for a newspaper, put this info in there. Thanks.
