Credit check Applicant must have acceptable credit. Unacceptable credit will         be reason for application denial. If Application is denied based on credit it will not be considered any further. B. Income Verification  Income must greater than 3X living expenses. C. Employmenht history verification D. Rental Histroy - Positive rental history E. Personal References 2. After potential buyer is approved, they need to print out,  and sign #2, #3 and #4 on this page prior to closing.  Original signed documents need to be recieved before sale of home. The new resident should have 2 copies of all documents. One copy is signed please also innitial each page and all pages are sent back to owner. The other copy is for thier records.
