I have two children--um, i mean--PETS. Callie, or Senior Cat as she is otherwise known, is a 13 year-old tabby cat who (technically) belongs to my mom. Callie is usually pretty nice, but she, like all kitties, is prone to mood swings. Sometimes I call her Scorncat (like after that time Mom and I cooked up the scheme to give her a bath in the sink). For fun, Callie enjoys lounging in the sun and playing with her catnip mouse toy. Her favorite meal is Friskies Ocean Whitefish with Tuna.
Mojo is my small dog. He is a 4 year-old black-and-white chihuahua. He is a wonderful little companion, but is often quite nervous. He fancies himself Guardian of the house, and can usually be found patrolling the premises and watching for anything out-of-the-ordinary, like potential intruders. Should any be detected, he makes a barking noise that is best described as a "snoof" or "snuff" sound--at these times, we refer to him as Officer Snoof. We feed him Mighty Dog Lamb and Rice, and he laughs at us as it remains in his dish untouched. (Mojo normally holds out for table scraps instead.)
