News March 6/04 - Toronto Star Article, Read the negative review here April 21/04 - Proxy Vote Issue- It has come to our attention that some management companies have been involved in questionable proxy voting tactics, using proxy votes as a means to pick a specific board member that the management Co. feels would be in their own best interests and not that of the Condominium's. We do not feel that our management company is involved in this practice, yet we feel it is necessary to warn you that these practices do occur.We encourage you to vote yourself, and not to give your vote up to the management company in the form of a proxy.
