Drivers with contracts signed for .37  cents per mild only being paid .33 cents. When drivers presentded the information to the trucking company, they were given a variety of unsupported reasons why back pay could not be paid.

Koch Trucking based in Minnesota refuses to make good on their own driver contract. Fails to follow through on claims made during orientation "we support our drivers, you can contact your driver liaison anytime. The fact is , you can unless we are cheating you out of your pay and you are angry, then its a dont call us, we wont pay you situation!
