I have taken the liberty to add information that will hopefully help others to link the families.  Any corrections/additions are always welcome, Wanda Story.

The Record Offices of Carlisle and Kendal state that they hold the baptism registers for Holy Trinity Church in Carlisle for the years 1831-1958 and the Bishops Transcripts for the years 1841-1845.  The IGI appears to have the years 1841-1845.
