Alice Sando moved to 13 Worman street, Berri in 1955. Josie lived with her mother from 1956  when she taught at Renmark Junior Primary School. Around 1963 David and Geoff lived with their Grandmother for a month when Roger was born.

Keith Sando lived at Berri when he left home and got married in 1947. He worked for H.J.Lyons garage on Riverside dirve. He later entered into a partnership and operated a garage at Renmark.
