• Extensive troubleshooting experience on circuits traversing various networks, satellite systems, and commercial transmission facilities using fiber optic cable, multi-strand copper wire, and coaxial cable electrical interfaces supporting data rates from 75 baud up to 2.048 megabits
• Operational experience with N.E.T. IDNX and ADNX systems, Timeplex Link/2 systems and a wide variety of communications and encryption devices
• Operational experience with industry test equipment including protocol analyzers, bit error rate test sets, oscilloscopes and multi-meters
