System Administrator (4/97 - Present)

Performed administrative duties for 2 Windows NT domains and provided support for MS Exchange 4.0 and 5.0 based e-mail systems. Configured and deployed Windows NT TCP/IP addressing and Domain Name System servers. Implemented the base wide conversion from static IP addressing scheme to a total DHCP assigned network. Have performed unattended installs for Windows NT. Installed, upgraded, and troubleshot both hardware and software computer configurations. Installed and maintained Cat5 UTP. Served as a trainer for technicians on networking, e-mail administration, and basic computer concepts.

Inventory Database Management (7/95 - 4/97)

Base Equipment Control Officer for all computer related equipment on base. This included maintaining a database that consisted of over 20,000 pieces of computer hardware, from NIC's to Monitors. Processed all paperwork for the purchase of new computer equipment. Supervised and trained four personnel on inventory database management. Also was assistant System Administrator for a Windows NT 3.51 server.

EDUCATION Completed over 80 hours of computer based training for Windows95, Windows NT, TCP/IP networking, and MS Exchange.

Completed the 14 week Communications-Computer Operators Aprentice course at Keesler AFB, MS.

Completed both Career Development Course training courses necessary for upgrade at Goodfellow AFB, TX.
