The new evolution of software.

Overview

The Express Extension Definition Utility is a program that gives someone a brief description of an extension. I wrote this because it gives a person a brief understanding of what extension does what. I remember when I first started with computers I didn't know what an EXE file, a COM file, or even a TXT file was. Everything I learned about computers, I taught myself, and I know one thing people don't want to waste time with is with extensions. With this program, all you have to do is type in the extension, and waa-laa! A brief description for your question.

Source Code

Yes, the source code for Define is available. If you download it from here, there will be less risk as if you download it from somewhere else. The source code was compiled with Microsoft Visual C++ 1.0 Professional Edition, so you may have to tweak the makefiles a little bit if you compile it under a different version of MSVC. If you modify the source, please send it to us, or if you find it on a different server, please send us a letter with the address.
