Lag Killer

This is actually a very easy way to collide someone, the hardest part is finding a lagged server. You just need a clone on the lagged server, set up a dde server and wait for your victim to change nicks.

How It Works

Two people can't be on the same network with the same nick at the same time. And most servers use Time Stamping causing colliding by using splits to become obsolete in some places. By using the lag killer the Time Stamp will be virtually the same effectively killing your target and your lag killer.

How to Do It

First you will need to find a lagged server, usually right after a split, the split server is lagged for a short period, or you can join a busy channel and /ctcp {channel} PING, take the longest ping reply and /whois that nick to find the server they are on. Now you will need two copies of mIRC running. You will be the watcher, your clone will be the lagkiller, and whoever you're trying to kill will be the target for this example.
You will need to be on the same server as your target, then find a lagged server from there. Put your lagkiller on the lagged server. And for your lag killer type:
/ddeserver on lagkiller
Then you will need to add this to the watcher's Remote, Events:
50:ON NICK:/dde lagkiller command "" /nick $newnick
Now all you(the watcher) have to do is /guser 50 {victims nick} 3, then wait for them to change their nicks. Just make sure you(the watcher) are always in the same channel they are so that you will see the nick change. The command will automtically be sent to your lagkiller to change nicks to match theres. Then when the targets nick change reachs the lagged server it will see that there is already a nick there under that name. The servers will check the timestamping and since they match, send a nick collide for both nicks. And you have your kill.
