You can get the WSOCK32.DLL file from someone using the exact same version of Windows as you. At any DOS prompt on the uninfected computer put a disk in drive A and type:

COPY C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\WSOCK32.DLL A:
At any DOS prompt at the infected computer type:
COPY A:\WSOCK32.DLL C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\WSOCK32.SKA
Then go through the the procedure at the main Win32/Ska page.

Windows 98

If you're using Windows 98, go Start, then Run, type SFC in the box. Click OK. Choose "Extract one file from the installation disk" Type WSOCK32.DLL in the box. Click Start. Insert your Windows 98 CD if necessary. For the "Restore From" box, the CAB file that contains WSOCK32.DLL will usually be in the Win98 folder of your CD-ROM. Click OK.

Windows 95

You must Restart in MS-DOS Mode. Insert your disk or CD-ROM. At the prompt type:

Microsoft Windows 95 CD:

EXTRACT /A D:\WIN95\WIN95_11.CAB WSOCK32.DLL /L C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM
Substitute your CD-ROM letter for "D:" if necessary.

Microsoft Windows 95 DMF format floppy disk #12:

EXTRACT /A A:\WIN95_12.CAB WSOCK32.DLL /L C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM

Microsoft Windows 95 Non-DMF format floppy disk #19:

EXTRACT /A A:\WIN95_19.CAB WSOCK32.DLL /L C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM
