Alan's Place: Credits...

Of course I need to thank my host. I know a lot of people who think "GeoCities sucks", but I assure that I am not one of them. What more could people ask for than 11 megs of space, free editors, free site promotion, free applets, and tons more. 11 megs of space is almost impossible to use for nothing more than HTML and images. And if you're really so upset about the banners and pop-ups, just pay the damn $4.95 a month like I did and get rid of them. I also now have a lot more cool stuff to play with.

If you are a developer, and you need a good, solid text editor, this is it. My favorite features are mulitple document editing, custom tab size, find & replace with tabs and newlines, etc. And it costs only a postcard! Every text file on this site was created with EditPad.

All of the custom images on this site were created using Microsoft® Image Composer 1.5. I personally prefer this editor to other costly image editors. This editor features an 8-bit alpha channel, sprites, and many usefull editing tools. It also interfaces directly with Microsoft® GIF Animator and other Microsoft® products. I just know that all you anti-Microsoft people are just cringing right now but, given the world we live in now using Microsoft is a good choice.
