The Institute also offers admission to individual PGD and MBA courses leading to the award of certificate. This program is offered for those who cannot join the full-length degree or diploma programs.

Persons who have passed any Bachelor's degree examination or equivalent from a recognized university are eligible for admission to the Certificate Course Program. The minimum requirement is relaxable upto matriculation in case of those applicants who have been sponsored by their employers. Selection of Candidates for admission is subject to their qualifying the aptitude test.

A candidate admitted as a certificate student may change his status to visiting candidate upon request. The request must be made through his employer before first monthly hourly examination in the course.
