Management Development Program             

The Institute combines with its programs of formal management education an elaborate program of management development for managers. MDPs are offered for specific organizations on their request keeping in view their individual requirements and convenience

The Institute has gained valuable experience over the years of designing and conducting Management Development Programs. The various executive training courses and seminars are organized and conducted by IBA at the request of government, semi-government and public organizations such as the Pakistan Amity, Pakistan Air Force, Pakistan Navy, Export Promotion Bureau, Small Industries Corporation, Caltex Oil (Pakistan) Limited, Shell Pakistan, National Development Finance Corporation, Industrial Development Bank of Pakistan, House Building Finance Corporation and Pakistan Cotton Standard Institute etc.

Courses in the Management Development Program are offered on request from organizations. Admission to those Management Development Courses and Seminars are usually granted on the basis of nominations received from the organizations.

The Institute also offers MDPs on its own initiative. These are announced from time to time through newspapers and circular letters.
