910-RPG Programming. It is a project based course that introduces programming in the RPG high level language. It reviews the stored program concepts, the RPG characteristics, coding forms, data manipulation and solving business problems using RPG. Covers RPG for AS/400 and its utilities.

911-COBOL is a depth course covering the programming phase of the Systems Development Life Cycle. A project based course that is divided into organization of COBOL program, structure of language data organization and divisions of COBOL program. Sample problem from the local business environment are discussed and solved in class.

912-C Language is a depth course that covers the programming phase of the Systems Development Life Cycle. It is designed to provide the students with a perspective on the origin & fundamental characteristics of C, a high level language. Emphasis is placed on Syntax & Data structures. Types, recursion, and control structures. The course involves intensive programming to solve business and other problems. Programming in visual environments like Visual C may be used to highlight event based systems programming.

913-Modern Software Development Environments is a programming intensive depth course in latest 4GL Environments. It would provide hands on expertise in visual tools like forms, reports, SQL, procedural SQL, Reports, menus in a development environment like Oracle Developer 2000. Use of upper and lower CASE tools in the development would be covered. This would be a project based course in which the system earlier analyzed and designed would be implemented.

914-Object Oriented Programming is a depth course that introduces the new developments in object oriented programming methodologies and covers the programming phase of Systems Development Life Cycle. The course would use object oriented programming in C++ or Java. It will cover issues like encapsulation, inheritance, virtual classes, polymorphism, and other object oriented technology issues. It is a programming intensive depth course.
